In classic entrepreneurial spirit, he converted his living room located in his house which served as his first office — in the beginning, a lot of “really smart” people laughed? When the company first launched, it was just Joe, a telephone, a fax machine, and a computer — and again they laughed. From this obscure location, the accepted standards of real estate were about to be challenged. Then the company launched its first major marketing campaign, they started to criticize.
Client by client a “Class Act” reputation was being built. They started to attack. Since 2002 the company has grown rapidly and now boasts multiple office locations in Hammonton and Winslow Township. And today the landscape is peppered with the iconic red and black logo on yard signs and billboards. Guess what? — they stopped laughing!

He begins to explain, and then laughs out loud and notes that the website Thinkw.com stems from the fact that “nobody can spell my last name correctly.” (It’s pronounced “weez-ner.”) with the grade-school rule “I” before “E” except after “C” holding true. The truth is — Joe’s easy blend of humor and professionalism is a key distinguishing factor in his role as a business owner and leader. “We’re pro and polished, but we also have fun doing it,” he reflects.
